Returns, Exchange, Refund & Cancellation:

Please note that cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed.
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
^ In the event of defects or damages, it is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the product upon delivery.
^ You may submit the video & any relevant details to us at info@srishikhi.com or DM on Instagram @sri_shikhi
^ If an incorrect product is delivered, we will promptly send the correct item. Evidence in the form of videos is required for verification.
^ Reshipment of the correct product will occur within one week from the date of the complaint. Refund processing will also take up to one week.
